HR Focus was born in 1997, as "Integrated Organizational Solutions" (IOS) and provided services in three main areas: Marketing, Administration and Human Resources. A few
years later, her President and Founder made a business decision to focus on what she is passionate about: TALENT ACQUISITION AND MANAGEMENT, and decided to sell the other two lines of businesses, and changed the name to 'HR Focus', to offer specialized professional services just in the area of HR, more specifically, Talent Acquisition and Management.
